2025 Youth Ambassadors

Meet our 2025 Youth Ambassadors

Janiece McClure - 21

“I recently graduated from William Woods University with a Degree in Business.

So far, I’ve really enjoyed the opportunities STL Youth Jobs has given me to build connections with other young adults and professionals. It feels good to be part of something that’s helping me grow both personally and professionally. I also appreciate how STL Youth Jobs pushes me to step outside of my comfort zone.

As a YA, I hope to gain more leadership experience and confidence in using my voice. I also want to be someone others feel comfortable coming to for support. I plan to share my own experiences to help other people feel seen, understood, and motivated to make the most of this opportunity. I also want to show them how great STL Youth Jobs is, so they’ll want to apply and have a good experience like I did.”

Keavion Long - 22

“I am a college senior at William Jewel College in Liberty, Missouri.

In my free time, I enjoy making music.

So far in STL Youth Jobs, I’ve really enjoyed the new friends/connections I’ve made so far.

As a YA, I hope to gain more knowledge of the work field, inspire positive change, and share my experiences going from middle school to highschool to college with others.”

Ne’Vaeh Dudley - 19

“I am currently a rising second year student at Howard University majoring in TV & Film Production with a double minor in African American Studies and Community Development.

So far, I've enjoyed the exposure to various opportunities. This summer I hope to gain new connections both within STL Youth Jobs and through career building events. I hope to pass down all the wisdom and guidance I've learned in my academic and professional journey so far.”
